Update On The Possible Financial Downturn And Releasing Fear

I meant to put this out a little sooner so that anyone who is able to can be ready for this. As with all predictions, it is not a done deal. Human error, free will and timelines all play a part. I started talking about his early on last year and now this may be coming soon, so I feel the need to warn people in advance, even if it does not come as soon as foreseen, if at all. In the time between the last post about this, I’ve been watching the market and gathering more information.     

Raymond Merriman is a financial astrologer who has been watching and reporting on future financial trends for a long time now (http://www.mmacycles.com/). His insights are given as plain language that anyone can understand, mixed with astro talk of signs and aspects. He must be doing something right, as financial analysts and investors have been ordering his reports since he began. In 2012, he put out an article attempting to predict future trends impacting us now.

Astrology is fascinating to me because it uses cycles and you can always look back in history to try to interpret what may be coming up now. It will never be exactly the same event, but the underlying issue will.    

Here is the overview: We are in the midst of great political, economic and social change signified by the 90° aspect between slow moving Pluto and Uranus. This lasts a long time as they meet, then retrograde, and then meet again. The final meeting for this aspect will be in mid-March of 2015.

Uranus in Aries prompts individual freedom, even radical and unpredictable action, along with Pluto in Capricorn, which is going to transform many old institutions if they can not (or will not) change for the betterment of society and mankind. You might say that Pluto’s action is to purge ourselves of any poisons that have subtly come into our body mind and soul, to push us into letting go of ways that are hurting us. Unfortunately many respond to this by tightening controls through fear, causing sickness or even their own demise. Pluto will always win. I’m talking personally here, as well as the global situation.  

Merriman watches Jupiter to pinpoint the actual events of the market’s high and low points. We are coming up to another low point as Jupiter has entered Leo. Jupiter runs through about one sign a year. Leo (and Aquarius) will always correspond with a market low point in a 12 year cycle, each one coming in around the 6 year mark. This will be another repeat of March 2009, March 2015 being the 6 year mark or midpoint. At the last correction, the market lost about half its strength. He predicts that a low could hit from now to mid-March 2015, or next around September of 2015, and that the consequences of that will still be around until 2020. The good thing is that with Uranus, we have the ability to create something new, even though the event itself comes as a shock.

Merriman says that the main cause of this downturn is the “debt explosion.” I believe this is true and psychics agree as well, but there is another factor which I touched on in a past blog entry about Lynn, who writes the Psychic Focus blog (http://2012vision.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html and scroll down). What she is saying is that, yes there will be a major correction, it will be bad, but sometime after that there will be a new system of currency put in to place, one ultimately based on gold. Lynn had seen that the market would indeed fall after reaching a high. She saw that this would begin around December 2014 and you would see the market decline in steps. If you were to look at a graph it would be like two steps down, one step up, repeating itself until it is at its lowest point. In addition, as a sign that things are headed down, watch prices of goods and services. When they start to spike for no reason, that is another indicator. At the time of this post, the Dow and other markets are coming down a little now from a significant high point. Lynn added that the markets are “heavily manipulated” at this time.

She goes on to say that at some point after the downturn, a move will be made to promote another fiat currency (currently the US dollar) and have it backed by gold to stabilize things. She says this will be China, who has been preparing for this for quite a while. The dollar will ultimately fall in value, maybe at worst in half. That means that your money will not be worth as much as it is today. Federal Reserve Notes (US money) are not worth that much now anyway, as the Fed has been using “quantitative easing” (printing money) to prop up the economy, but this was only forestalling the inevitable.  

During the reset, there may be an interim digital currency that is used as well. We use that type of thing all the time with credit cards. She goes on to see a sad situation here in the United States and in countries over the world that have weak currency and high debt. This is the Pluto purge and the Uranian surprise, which is not really a surprise, but has been building and been ignored until it blows up.

I’m telling you this so that you can watch for the signs and take action if you can to reinvest your funds in to something tangible, or at least to know what is happening so that you are not surprised or so you can start making plans now by talking to a professional. Silver bullion is a good investment, as Lynn (and others) have said that silver will be the thing that skyrockets. She says it is being artificially suppressed in value so that the wealthy “in the know” can take advantage of this if they want to. I don’t have a time frame on this change of currency situation, but it will be after the downturn at some point, maybe a matter of years, I don’t know at this point. Just watch for the signs in case it does happen on this timeline, in her time frame. 

I know that many have investment funds that will be hit if this downturn happens and you may not be able to get at them. It’s all right. All but the richest one-percenters will be in the same boat and we will survive this by helping each other through it. The government may not be able to help you that much, if at all. We are going to need to depend on each other.

Just as a side note, remember that currency is just an exchange of energy. Any group can get together and create their own currency of exchange, with a value that is agreed upon by all. There will also be a lot of bartering going on in the future as the financial mess takes shape.

I know this sounds scary, but do not fall into fear. Fear lowers your vibration and allows you to be influenced by outside thought forms. It’s like being hypnotized or entrained, mainly by the media on commercial TV, but also from being in contact with others who are afraid. Take action if you can, and if you can not, live your life with as much joy and positive energy as you can, taking each day as it comes. This will attract spiritual protection. I also would advise daily meditation time. When you meditate, you can lift the fear vibration and connect to you higher self. You become more objective, calm and just know that everything will work out. Remember that we are in a great transition in all areas of our lives. Some handle it better than others, but it is here and we are all taking this roller coaster ride. We are taking a great evolutionary leap that has been foretold for a long time. As we rise from our third dimensional mind into a more universal consciousness, we not only free ourselves from fear, but also free the earth and all humanity to rise above a level that has been accepted until now, one that has also been artificially imposed on us for a long while. Now is the time. Rise up.

Okay, the commercial is over. Well here we are, less than two months away from December 21, 2012. It is said by 99% of the psychics and channels that this will be just another day, not the end of the world. Some are predicting timeline shifts, some still see some sort of cataclysm around that time. We will just have to wait and see, but the more we can be at peace within ourselves, releasing fears and going with the changes, the easier this whole time period will be.

2012 is a marker in a time period of major irrevocable transition, maybe even a dimensional shifting where we as humans see ourselves evolve to higher level along with the Earth. That is the big picture, but how it plays out all depends on what you are thinking and doing right now. You have a say in how this turns out both for you individually and for the planet.

It is important to find your inner peace, to be compassionate for self and others and detached from judgment, as the waves of energy pass over us and through us. It could get very intense. Many people will not understand what is happening and there may be a lot of confusion. Don’t lose sight of tending to yourself quietly every day. I saw a funny post on Facebook of a Zen saying, “You should sit in meditation for twenty minutes every day – unless you are too busy, then you should sit for an hour”.

Around Halloween, Charles was talking about how the veil is thinner and that as we are able to quiet ourselves and listen, we will hear messages coming from Spirit, our Higher Self and to not doubt that this is true. He wants people to listen and trust what messages come through, even write them down and look at them later. What he’s talking about is the beginning of automatic writing, a way that Sherri has found works fore her in order  to be able to communicate with the other side and with her Higher Self.

I have already sensed that my intuition has become heightened. I listen to my impulses as I am planning something. I have noticed that when I look at an object and wonder whether I should take it with me or buy it at a store, I don’t second guess it any more and it turns out that I really needed that thing after I made that decision, so there you go. Trust your instincts because it is your Higher Self trying to help you.

Her message this month is to look back and see what has changed in your life since 1993 and see what may be holding you back from moving forward. She says that “Whatever isn’t flowing isn’t going in the right direction for you.”   

“As we move into 2013 timing will become increasingly important and we will learn to work within divine timing. This month presents us with learning about divine timing, right purpose, alignment, and integrity.”

She talks about the eclipse coming up November 28^th as a sort of starting gate for the energies of 2013 which she says will begin to come in December of 2012.

“Let November bring forward any endings and let them end, especially if they have come up more than once this year. It’s time to finally let those doors close so new ones can open.”

In relation to the recent Hurricane: “I also know that New York was symbolic of certain things that we’re going to go through in the next few years. We’re going to see more of these dramatic weather incidences. Community --It’s going to be those connections with each other that get us through the next few years and some of the challenges”

He says that this month’s theme is leadership and direction -- coming from within. He wants us to “be a leader of yourself this month and trust that you leading yourself is exactly what you’re supposed to do for everyone else around you.”

He believes that the greatest challenge we have no is rebalancing the planet and dealing with cosmic events, including more weather related world situations. In order to begin this balancing, he suggests that we balancing ours own energy by taking more time to be out in nature, day and night.

In this month “…we’ll have moments where we’re in older parts of ourselves that we’re trying to bring up to date. And this is a great time for busting through fear, for going and doing things that you wouldn’t normally do or give yourself permission to do.” Many will be coming “to the end of the road” with their work or lifestyle and realizing that this needs to shift. “What will surprise you is a lot of what will come back through you are seed energies of who you were as a child.”

Jolie was not in my book but I like her cryptic channelings, which she deciphers for us. This is more of a timely spiritual message, although she does get predictions as well.

Recently she said that in November, particularly the 12th – 28th (the full moon eclipse), we have the opportunity to clear our souls from all negativity that is still retained, to relearn past lessons if needed and get clear about what you want or don’t want in your life.  This happens every 11 years. More From Sherri Cortland and the Guide Group…plus What Event Will Happen On September 21st?

Earlier this year I reviewed Sherri’s book “Raising Your Vibrations for the New Age” (see her site http://www.sherricortland.com ) which had a lot of fabulous teachings from her guide group. She uses automatic writing to receive information from her guides and between their style and her style there is never a dull moment.

In that work there was some great information about 2012 which I included in my blog. What I missed was her first work. “Windows of Opportunity”, which was mainly about becoming aware of the many times in our life where we are being given the opportunity for spiritual growth through recognizing a soul lesson when we get one. Sherri is now reintroducing this work through a second printing. She is offering a special offer for this work for a limited time. Among the many great personal stories that Sherri provides, this book has more information about 2012 and this time period which I wanted to relate.

In the section called “Evolution”, the guides start by telling her that the bodies we now inhabit did have a genesis back to the primates, but that was seen as the best vehicle for experiencing life on Earth. We are continuing to evolve and they say at in the future, we sill be much more androgynous, a balancing the male and female. Others have stated this as well. This has already started, as we are seeing the heart center of men becoming more open and the women being able to expand to include what seems like “male” behavior or abilities. But the guides are talking about our bodies too, which I have to admit, kind of disturbs me a little. The guides say that the new children and the LGBT are actually on the “front lines”, coming in with a higher vibratory rate and much more tolerance for differences and so will teach us this through demonstration.

We are in a “mass cleansing” period where “there is a lot of Karma being used up right now…and debts are being paid in a big way”. This will also be done through earth changes “that will seem catastrophic to some”, yet after this is done, there will be no more karma and the world will become a “kinder, gentler place”. The guides say that these changes are “normal and natural” and that as they proceed, the atmosphere will become more positively charged and people will take on a new more positive attitude. “World peace will eventually be achieved and there will be a global feeling to everything” and “incarnations will be a time of great learning without the pain and suffering.” In the meantime the planet needs to cleanse itself of all the negative vibrations which are emanating from the humans.

As the energy shifts, people are reacting, sometimes violently, as they are wanting to stay with the old energy and are having trouble adapting. The bottom line is that they must adapt or move on. There is no other way, but there is always a new incarnation for the soul, always another chance to learn. Eventually the atmosphere of the Earth will change so much that any negative or violent activity will not be tolerated. This is slowly being achieved through more and more incarnating souls who can hold the Light, anchoring it to the Earth.

Here is an interesting prediction “…You will see your fist woman president [of the United Sates] in the next ten years.”  This would be between 2016 and 2020 as far as I can calculate. She and the guides also predicted Obama would be the next president.

About 2012 they say “You will not see the Earth destroyed or turned into a chunk of ice…” and that this date is a “date that promotes freedom from being in the dark…to live wholly in the Light.” They go on to say that the more light that is brought to the plane, the higher the vibrational level, the less intense the earth changes will be.

Although the timing may be skewed a bit “…there will no doubt be a shift in the dimension of the planet at this time [around 2012]” to the 5^th dimension…it is a done deal.”. They can not see when exactly this will occur as the energy has to be right and depends on the individual and collective vibrational level, but there may be shock and sadness when this shift happens as there will be family and friends looking for each other after realizing they are separated. “For those that do make the shift, they will find themselves in a different type of body…”, similar to a “light body”. The guides want to stress that there is no judgment regarding who stays and who goes. It doesn’t mean you are any less of a soul if you stay or any more of one if you go. It’s just a vibrational state and the evolution of the soul.

They say that words and actions now have ten times the power, so be careful about your thoughts, words and deeds. Try to stay positive.

One of the things that will change is that “within six to seven generations, we will once again stop being carnivores…” as this interferes with the development of the Sprit and introduces the vibration of fear that the animals felt at the time of death into the meat and then into us.

The “Visitors” (ETs) from several planets, including Pleiades and Arcturus, are here watching on the sidelines and interacting with us to try to facilitate an easier transition through this shift and to see to it that we don’t blow ourselves up in a nuclear holocaust.  We have free will but they are under orders to step in if it looks like we might really mess the Earth up through nukes or any other device, as this would not only affect the Earth, this affects all the planets in our system and on out into the Universe in a domino reaction.

“In the very near future, beings from the Pleiades will be making themselves widely known” and they will help us get back on track as they too had once abused their planet and had to find their own way back to balance. The guides say that the governments already now about the ET presence but refuse to acknowledge this. I myself have thought this for a long time and I am sure most of you who read this do as well. The revealing of the truth of this matter will help to create more of a global outlook, which in turn will open things up even more making for a smoother transition through this shift. “This time period is al bout coming together as one world, and soon things will happen that force this to come about.”

Speaking of ETs, in my internet travels from link to link, I found an interesting site. Stan Romanek  (http://www.stanromanek.com/05Equations_website ) has been an experiencer all his life having many alien encounters. This is interesting as it is, but he developed the ability to go into a sleep-like trance and while in this state, draw equations and little diagrams that educated people in physics and astronomy say are real formulas. Stan himself is dyslexic, has a 4^th grade education and no interest in complicated theories or mathematical equations.

Then in 2002 he drew one that he remembered he wanted to make mental note on. The message was this: Something important is supposed to happen when this alignment of planets in the little diagram he drew came. It’s just that the diagram was so cryptic, no one could figure out when these planets would align until an astronomer working on his software accidentally hit the keypad and the whole thing came into alignment. The date was September 21, 2012, the Autumn Equinox. This special event may have something to do with Planet X, the new planet that is in our solar system now and heading our way, or with ETs, maybe some type of mass UFO event. We won’t know what it is until then, so keep looking to the skies in anticipation of the new coming into our lives and changing the way the world sees itself, a change for the better.

Mellin-Thomas Benedict and His Conversation with The Light

During a near-death experience in 1982, Mellen-Thomas Benedict (http://www.mellen-thomas.com/) was declared dead for 90 minutes. When he awoke, he was totally healed of his terminal and inoperable brain cancer. He also had psychic abilities that he never had before, which he describes as Spirit causing his "filters and veils" to be “pulled back and obliterated”.

During the time he was out, he had long question and answer sessions with a Higher Consciousness which he calls “The Light”, which included trips to earth’s past and future. This Light could be considered his Higher Self or his connection to his Soul or to God, however you want to interpret that. He has written two books, but I could not find them for sale, only CDs of these works, which are available at his website.

He now has the ability to return to The Light and retrieve more information. These days he is most interested in getting information about new inventions that will help mankind. One of these is a device that uses colored LED lights and allows your body to reorganize itself for optimum health. It’s called “phototherapy”. The photons go through the connective tissues in the body to deeper tissues and organs, then are absorbed and used to activate metabolic functions. This one, the Dream Spa, is available at this site http://www.lighthealthresearch.com/  I myself do not have 1400.00 to try this out, but if anyone buys this and tries it, let me know how it works for you.     

One of the questions he asked was, “Why is this happening, am I special?” and The Light basically said that he was an example to others showing that if he could do it anyone could. Mellen admits that he knew nothing about metaphysics before the event and that he was “thick as a brick”.

One of the many humorous interactions that took place was when he asked The Light, “What is life all about -- what's the plan?" The Light said, “There is no plan, there never was. It's whatever you want it to be.” I still laugh and think about that one statement all the time now. I believe there is a grand plan, if you will, a cosmic plan that is always in motion in the background, but we can decide how we want to live our lives. It is important to be self-aware and to have your connection to your Soul/God/The Earth, but there is no judgment. In the end, it’s all just human experiences within the experiment of Spirit.

It took me a few hours to listen to some interviews and collect everything that was related to the 2012 time period. Here are some quotes about what he saw for the future and comments about what’s happening now in preparation for the next step in our evolution. When he got into the far future he said he saw that the people there were amazed at what we had done now, which was to accomplish so much in so short a time which ended up setting all mankind and all the future free. He said they called us the "giants of all history".

“The next step in spiritual evolution is not kissing the face of God...it's where the mundane becomes sacred, where heaven becomes earth...we are going on from this chrysalis now and we are about to become butterflies...”

“The old energy has brought us as far as it can bring us but it can’t do the next step for us...it requires a higher energy...”

“The future is non-industrial. Our machines will be doing what we need them to do to free us and we will be going on to the next level of our creation, and a part of that is to colonize other planets... “

“One of the signs to look for [spiritual advancement on earth] is when you see truly enlightened beings entering into the Fortune 500... Money is becoming spiritualized. It’s beautiful, green energy...”

“The next step for us is transcending "survival" and the end of poverty...”

“2012 is a signpost - certainly not the end of the world...and it’s going to be a paradigm shift because we are going to get past all this ‘end of the world’ stuff. In fact, you give me any date the world is going to end and I’ll bet the farm on it — that it won’t end.”

He says that the 2012 information has been distorted, sort of "cut and pasted" and that 2012 is not the most important date. The real pivotal moment comes around 2020 to 2040 and "has nothing to do with comets, aliens or plagues". That it is “going to change the world in the most dramatic way imaginable and it will be absolutely natural “ He says even though it looks like there is a lot of negativity, that "the mass consciousness is so far over to the positive, it is astounding". 

Because of all the doomsday movies and info on the internet, there are a lot of people who are really frightened that everything will be disappearing soon. Mellen has actually been asked to talk with groups of psychiatrists to help them to help their clients who are coming to them in droves believing that the world is going to end. He says to “be careful of your world view and self-fulfilling prophecy” and that this time “is the ending of ancient prophecy - the end of the ‘end times’ predictions. “Be careful of prophecy, because if you get a number of people that believe a certain thing, it stands a pretty good chance of happening.”

“There’s going to be a lot more cosmic events... “

“This is new territory for us all...we are all pioneers... we're going to enter into 'create your own reality' from now on...”  

“The future will be by far predominantly female, the majority of people being androgynous...”

He asked why humanity is so dark and doomed and was shown a mandala of souls of earth where he could see into each soul and saw that none were inherently "evil". “People may do terrible things out of ignorance and lack, but no soul is evil.” This is true. All souls are of God. It is only when there is lack of love that things get twisted.

“Heaven on earth is not only possible, it’s inevitable...”

“The next level of citizenship is self-initiation, self governance...self-healing. Truly enlightened beings don’t have to be told what to do...”

“The future is not about jobs, it’s about being who you really are.“

As the earth crosses the plane of the ecliptic, what some call aligning with the central sun, he says that this is a much more "busy" area that we are entering and it is natural for there to be physical disruptions on earth such as tornados, draught etc. “It’s a tricky area -- kind of like being in a shooting gallery.” Also, the Sun is getting "cranky", hotter and affecting our climate and that eventually we get either cooler or warmer - one or the other.

“The clearing of the rain forest will slow down, and in fifty years there will be more trees on the planet than in a long time. Earth is in the process of domesticating itself. It is never again going to be as wild a place as it once was...”

“Population increase is getting very close to the optimal range of energy to cause a shift in consciousness. That shift in consciousness will change politics, money, energy...”

“The pole shift is a consciousness shift...”

“Soon we will be able to live as long as we want to live in this body. After living 150 years or so, there will be an intuitive soul sense that you will want to change channels. Living forever in one body is not as creative as reincarnation, as transferring energy in this fantastic vortex of energy that we are in.”

His statements of the future differ from many of the channels that I’ve seen. This is why we all have to make up our own minds about what we think about this time period, what it means to our personal evolution.

The only thing for certain right now is that we are being offered an opportunity to shift the old way of doing things on earth and that this requires a personal transformation as well. This is exciting and I for one am looking forward to the changes, realizing also that there is work to be done on myself every day on a mundane level.

As the perception of time speeds up, we will be living our lives as if a day is a week, or a day is a month of experience. What should we do with our time? As a great channel once told me “Relax and let your destiny unfold...”
